Return and Exchange Policy

At My Great Find 4 U, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Our Return and Exchange Policy is designed to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please read the details below for all the information you need.

1.   Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

·         The item must be returned within  5–7 days of the delivery date.

·         The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

·         Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are also eligible for return or exchange.

Note: Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2.   Steps to Return or Exchange an Item

Returning or exchanging an item is easy. Here’s what to do:

II.        Approval

Once your return or exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

III.        Pack Your Item Securely

Use the original packaging if possible to prevent damage during transit.

IV.        Ship the Item

Send the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

V.        Processing

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

3.   Refund Policy

Refunds are issued using the original payment method used at checkout.

Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we process it.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4.   Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, contact us as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement to you.

Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns.

5.   Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

·         Gift cards.

·         Customized or personalized items.

·         Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.

6.   Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously and apologize if you receive a damaged or defective item. Here’s how we’ll fix it:

·         Contact us immediately upon receiving the item.

·         Provide clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a free return and ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

7.   Cancellations

·         Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped yet.

·         Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

8.   Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

·         Check your bank account or credit card statement.

·         Contact your bank or Credit Card Company. Processing times may vary.

If you still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us, and we’ll assist you.

9.   Shipping Costs for Returns

·         Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

·         If you’re returning an item for an exchange, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

    12. Returns and Cancellations: 

*Returns: All of our products are custom made to order, so we are typically unable to accept returns. If you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to replace or refund it. Otherwise, we handle returns on a case by case basis.

*Cancellations: Due to the automated nature of the way we print, manufacture, and ship orders, we have a very small window to cancel any orders before they are printed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via Etsy within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request. After the product is delivered to the cargo and the tracking number is given, our customers can track their orders. When you are not at the address at the time of delivery, you should contact the local courier company and receive the delivery. We do not accept any responsibility for the problems that may arise in this regard. Purchased products are shipped after quality control. We do not accept returns unless it is a defective product. (Due to shipping cost, customer taxes, and any taxes and duties from units) If you say it is a defective product, if you share a good close-up image and this is confirmed, we can resend your product as soon as possible.
