1.   Order Processing Time

·         Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Please note that this excludes weekends and public holidays.

·         Order Confirmation: Once your order is received, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

·         Custom Orders: If you’ve ordered custom or personalized items, please allow additional processing time 5 days as these items are made to your specifications.

2.   Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select.

I.  Standard Shipping

Delivery time: Typically 5-7 business days (depending on location).

This is our most affordable option.

II.  Expedited Shipping

Delivery time: Typically 5-7 business days.

For those who need their items quicker, this option provides faster delivery at a higher cost.

III.  Next-Day Shipping

Delivery time: Next business day.

For urgent orders, we offer next-day delivery if the order is placed by the cutoff time. This option is available for select items and locations.

Shipping costs for domestic orders are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount.

V.  Handling Fees

While we don’t charge additional handling fees, any special packaging requirements or premium shipping services may incur extra costs.

4.   Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order’s journey and estimated delivery date by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other shipping providers).

5.   Shipping Restrictions

While we aim to ship our products to as many locations as possible, there are a few exceptions:

·         We do not currently offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote regions.

·         Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. In such cases, we will notify you via email if we are unable to fulfill your order.

6.   Order Issues: Damaged or Lost Packages

While we make every effort to ensure your items are safely packed and shipped, sometimes issues can arise during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us immediately. Here’s what to do:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will work with you to either exchange the item or issue a refund.

VII. Lost Packages

If your package is lost, please contact us right away. If the tracking information shows that the package is marked as “delivered,” but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7.   Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If the address you entered is incorrect, your shipment can be delayed. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us within 24 hours so we can update the details before your order is shipped. After shipment, we are unable to reroute or change the address.

8.   Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During holiday seasons or peak times (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other major holidays), shipping may take longer than usual. We highly recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery. Watch for updates and estimated delivery times during these busy seasons.

9.   Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we can only ship orders to one address per order. If you'd like to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each location.
